De la Fondation Recherches 3R au Centre de comp\u00e9tence 3R<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises pharmaceutiques suisses pratiquant la recherche ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 agir et \u00e0 prendre les devants bien avant l\u2019adoption de la Charte pour la protection des animaux en 2010. D\u00e8s 1987, elles ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans la cr\u00e9ation de la Fondation Recherches 3R. Celle-ci est une oeuvre commune du groupe parlementaire pour les questions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation animale, du Fonds pour une Recherche sans exp\u00e9rimentation animale et d\u2019Interpharma, sous la surveillance du D\u00e9partement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, qui a encourag\u00e9 pendant plus de trente ans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation et la recherche de m\u00e9thodes de substitution \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation animale. Entre 1987 et 2018, elle a financ\u00e9 146 projets de recherche visant \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre et diffuser les principes des 3R par des fonds \u00e0 hauteur de 19.6 millions de francs. Les fonds \u00e9taient fournis pour moiti\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et pour moiti\u00e9 par l\u2019industrie. \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, le Centre de comp\u00e9tence national 3R (3RCC) cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2018 poursuit cette \u00e9volution et la renforce. Le 3RCC regroupe des institutions universitaires, l\u2019industrie, les autorit\u00e9s et la protection des animaux pour encourager ensemble des projets ayant un impact clair sur le remplacement, la r\u00e9duction ou l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des exp\u00e9riences sur animaux etapportant un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice scientifique et \u00e9thique par rapport \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes existantes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3.
