Une entreprise membre organise \u00e0 cet effet une journ\u00e9e interne de formation continue, au cours de laquelle sont abord\u00e9s des th\u00e8mes d\u2019actualit\u00e9 pertinents pour le plus grand nombre possible de collaboratrices et collaborateurs. L\u2019objectif est de contribuer de mani\u00e8re claire \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des processus li\u00e9s aux activit\u00e9s in vivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au pr\u00e9alable, une \u00e9valuation syst\u00e9matique des \u00absujets br\u00fblants\u00bb sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e ainsi qu\u2019une s\u00e9lection cibl\u00e9e d\u2019intervenantes et intervenants internes et externes.
