On contr\u00f4le l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 dechaque animal. Dans certains cas (p. ex. en fonction de l\u2019esp\u00e8ce,de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et des exigencespropres \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise), une quarantaine peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire,ou alors les animaux sont directement amen\u00e9s dans la zoned\u2019h\u00e9bergement. En cas d\u2019anomalies ou de doutes, on examinesi les animaux sont porteurs d\u2019une infection. Une phase d\u2019acclimatationd\u2019au moins une semaine est obligatoire pour tousles animaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n            <section class=\"highlighted-text-block block-margins block-paddings-v2 secondary-1-light scrollMagic-block visibleInBackend\" data-uid=\"69e7420967cf2\">\n             <div class=\"highlighted-text-block-inner-container\">\n                                    <h2 class=\"\">Cadre l\u00e9gal<\/h2>\n                \n                <div class=\"texteditor-medium-headings\">\n                    <ol>\n<li>Les lois g\u00e9n\u00e9rales comme la directive 2010\/63\/UE du Parlement europ\u00e9en et du Conseil \u00abrelative \u00e0 la protection des animaux utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins scienti- fiques\u00bb posent des normes minimales pour toute l\u2019UE\/l\u2019EEE. Sur cette base, les pays ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 leurs propres lois nationales qui peuvent aller au-del\u00e0 de la directive.<\/li>\n<li>En Suisse, la loi sur la protection des animaux et l\u2019ordonnance sur la protection des animaux fournissent les bases l\u00e9gales \u00e0 la recherche sur les animaux. La l\u00e9gislation suisse est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019une des plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res au monde, elle encourage une recherche responsable du point de vue \u00e9thique.<\/li>\n<li>Le transport d\u2019animaux de laboratoire est \u00e9galement r\u00e9gl\u00e9 dans l\u2019ordonnance sur la protection des animaux. Par ailleurs, l\u2019International Air Transport Association (IATA) publie chaque ann\u00e9e des r\u00e8gles pour le transport des animaux.
